warehouse, sales team, and staff desktop support. Secondary duties include proprietary SSIWIN and

I was a Network Specialist. My duties were to maintain the Network from desktop to origin and

everything in between. I worked out of a ticket system that sorts issue by priority. My main role was to

only work High Priority or Escalation tickets. I installed, configured and troubleshot several different

applications; some of which would include Microsoft Office, Visual Studio, Novell, Symantec, Visio,

Project, and Perkin Elmer. Besides software and applications, I also took care of anything else dealing

with the network. This would include administration, updates, and security. I also took care of any

hardware problems desktop to connectivity hardware. It is a Novell network running IP and IPX; with

some scattered Window Servers.

configure and maintain FedEx software; and the best way to utilize it for the company. I also took care

of any troubleshooting that was needed to get software up and running on a business network. I handled

any integration that needed to occur.
