February 2004 - March 2009: Advanced Image Direct, Fullerton CA. SENIOR
CSR.
Worked on a variety of accounts from design through completion.
Coordinated projects from any stage, thru imaging and mail. I dealt
in day to day work with clients, and with all areas of production. I
was used extensively as a back-up for other CSR's handling large
accounts, should the need arise for any type of coverage. If any type
of problem arose the client was aware that I had full knowledge of
their projects, and could step in. AID is a state of the art facility

evolving.

Worked on large agency and political accounts. Primary accounts dealt
with a variety of non-profit clients. Also worked with many smaller
mailers. Purchased lists, did outside print buys and worked with jobs
thru all stages of production. Job involved heavy client, sales and
vendor contact.
November 1994 - March 1997: Pacific Admail, Santa Ana, CA. SENIOR CSR.
Hired specifically to handle their largest account at that time.
Worked with print, data processing and letter shop, to assure prompt
and accurate service.
April 1993 - October 1994: AMS Response, Paramount, CA. SALES.
Primary goals were to bring in new accounts and service existing
accounts.
September 1989 - March 1993: Communication Connection, Inc. Torrance, CA.
PRODUCTION MANAGER.
Dealt mainly with political clients and worked directly with vendors
to price out projects and meet tight turn around times. Oversaw all
projects once they were placed, to assure speed of production and
accuracy. Dealt directly with clients and vendors on all phases of
the jobs.
January 1988 - August, 1989: Signal America, Long Beach, CA. SALES.
Acquired new accounts and built existing accounts.
July 1982 - August 1987: MGT Associates, Marina Del Rey, CA. SALES.
Responsible for list sales both by phone, and representing MGT at
major direct mail functions throughout the US. I supervised 7 people
and worked with programmers to bring MGT online.
April 1978 - May 1981: RR Donnelley & Sons, Torrance, CA. CSR.
Liaison between client, plant and sales. Responsible for production
of magazines from original art work through printing, binding and
shipping or mailing. Wrote press and bindery configurations and
interacted with clients on press checks.
April 1977 - May 1981: Sunset House, Los Angeles, CA, MARKETING MANAGER.
Responsibilities included scheduling and coordination of binding and
mailing of 50 million catalogs annually. This mail program was
considered one of the most complex and sophisticated of its time.
