PROFILE

I am currently seeking employment in the service sector so that I can provide for my family. Past employee

reviews have described me as a person who is “loyal, honest, a fast learner and someone with a positive

attitude who always takes pride in their work”. I have over 10 years experience as a forklift operator and am

often referred to as a team player in my previous work experiences because I have been promoted to

positions that have required me to train others or take on the role of a shift leader. I always try to pay

attention to detail because I realize the importance of quality over quantity.

EXPERIENCE

Forklift Operator, Pacific Cycles, Vacaville, CA 2007-2009

Duties included but were not limited to operation and maintenance of standard stand-up and narrow aisle

forklifts; as well as motorized hand pallet jacks. I was primarily responsible for loading and unloading bikes

from trucks using these devices and stocking them into their appropriate bays. I was also responsible for the

general janitorial maintenance of the facility’s warehouse. I would often go the extra mile and work on

damaged bike products at the request of my supervisor.

Product Technician, ALZA Johnson & Johnson, Vacaville, CA 2006-2007

I was primarily responsible for drying, weighing pharmaceutical drugs which was the process of removing

toxic chemicals from each pill. I was also assigned to maintain and clean each machine. My career at this

company was short-lived because I was partnered through a temp agency and my assignment was up.

Ingredient Specialist, MLO Products Inc, Fairfield, CA 2001-2006

Job description included weighing various ingredients and combining them to make protein bars, the

companies primary product. I also was in charge of operating and cleaning out machinery so that the mixing

process would keep the quality of the product consistent.

Distributions Operator, North Bay Distributions, Vacaville, CA 1998-2001

Duties included but were not limited to managing orders and operation of a standup forklift.

SKILLS

I am an OSHA certified forklift operator. This includes most of the various types of forklifts used in

warehouses. I also am CPR/First Aid certified as well as completion of a Workplace Safety and Biohazard
