. Led design and development of Advanced Administration Software, a PC-

administration of System 25 PBX. Designed and implemented AAS source code
control architecture.
. Established and supported customer beta trials for high quality
introduction of new product.
. Developed and conducted technical training on System 25 AAS for service
personnel.
2A Applications Processor
. Software developer on design team of a 16-bit minicomputer, first for
AT&T. Responsibilities included software development, integration, and
testing. Designed and implemented "C" programs used in development of
business computer terminals, including an editor for modifying character
font files.
. Designed, developed "C" and Z80/8086 assembler programs for fault
isolation and diagnostic testing.
System Verification
System 25 Voice Messaging System (VMS)
. Led System 25 VMS Release 2 test team, authored high-level test plan for
Release 2 VMS to resolve major customer problems found in Release 1.
Testing resulted in successful redeployment of System 25 VMS.
. Motivated, guided and tutored test team in areas of System Level and
Integrated Solution performance testing. Maintained team morale under
