knowledge of land development and subdivision improvements, mobile construction office setup,

scheduling and construction of models and sales office. My expertise encompasses taking a

project from groundbreaking to closing; managing and coordinating activities of suppliers,

subcontractors, and company personnel, including overseeing customer service department,

landscaping crew, snow removal crew and outside cleaning services. I acted as liaison with

various building departments regarding streets, street lights, utilities, parkway trees, public walks,

permits and inspections. I contributed to the institution of a customer care program, educating

homeowners on their home purchase.
