Provide high-level administrative support to Vice President of Simulations
Division, Director of Programs and Director of Range Support Group.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities (Include but are not limited to)
Manages the VP's calendar and schedule appointments.
Coordinate and manage Weekly Staff Meetings and other VP meetings providing
minutes, action list and statuses of action items developing throughout
meetings
Organize Capability presentations at the VP/Senior Staff directions to
potential customers including the program, facilities and caterers. Prepare
and distribute any handout materials, etc required.
Prepares agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for division senior
level meetings.
Drafts and prepares correspondence, reports and other documents as
required.
Performs sometime complex and confidential secretarial functions including
developing written correspondence. Responds to routine external
correspondence. Type's memos, and other divisional and company forms and
documents for Senior Staff review.
Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files surrounding on-going
action list and developing of other tracking databases to assist in the
management of smoothly operating the division.
Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, track
submission of expense reports and payment of expense payments.
Assist in preparation and submission of VP's expense reports and
reimbursements.
Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters
that requires Senior Management support.
Assist in reconciling VPs credit card account(s).
Answers and directs all phone calls for Vice President, Director of
Programs and Director of Range Support Group.

Perform duties as division Trade Show Coordinator. Responsible for the
overall coordination of trade show exhibit package, to include: booth
layout and overall coordination including promotional materials, booth
support, logistics support, management of shipping of equipment, graphics,
required supplies and coordination of all support team;
Ensure efficiency, consistency and overall timeliness of trade show/event
projects and activities, establishing priorities, organizing resources and
maintaining attention to details;
Ability to stay on schedule and meet deadlines within trade show tight time
frames.

Industrial Security Representative (FSO)
Manage and implement all areas of security in accordance with National
Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
Manage and interface with senior staff to ensure the facility is meeting
operational requirements.
Interface with security officials of the Department of Defense and
Intelligence Community.
Conduct security investigations and recommend to senior management
appropriate actions to take to mitigate further security violations.
Implement security procedures according to the NISPOM.
Ensure classified information is properly marked, stored and transmitted.
Conduct entry and exit inspections.
Conduct periodic self-inspections of the security facility and report
results to senior management.
Determines resource requirements for the secure facility and provides input

transporting classified information, and handling of special security

Clearance Requirements: Receive, review and process requests for facility
and personnel clearances for access to classified information in accordance
with government and company policies and procedures.
Maintain clearances and accesses authorization records for employees and
consultants.
Review and process incoming classified visit requests.
Review and process all outgoing visit requests.
Coordinate incoming visits with identification control, document control
and lobby control personnel. Confirm facility clearances on all contractors
and subcontractors and obtain facility clearances for un-cleared
subcontractors.
