Assistant to the President and CEO. Creating and maintaining spreadsheets,

formal letter writing, greeting guests and answering phones as needed.

Responsible for the move and setup of an entire office. Sorting through

records from 1970 to 2010 and implementing a records retention policy,

properly shredding documents, while organizing and labeling others for the

future. Daily office management, minor accounting, bank deposits and

shipping. This was originally a four to six week position however, they

asked me to stay on longer.

Responsible for maintaining the commodity schedules, field to table trace

back system, strategic and profit planning, all aspects of the produce

company, growing, harvesting and shipping. Arrange meetings for groups

of four to fifty; manage the car rentals, airport pickups, meals, hotels

and any necessary equipments setup. Create a number of spreadsheets for

the company to allow team members access to important information. Run

weekly and month end reports company- wide in Powerplay, import to Excel

and format then distribute. Entering field data into an Access database I

created to be used to acquire celery patents. Continual updating in an

Excel database to track all vendors needing insurance liability with Duda,

sending renewal notices as needed.
