Responsible for the move and setup of an entire office. Sorting through

shipping. This was originally a four to six week position however, they

back system, strategic and profit planning, all aspects of the produce
company, growing, harvesting and shipping. Arrange meetings for groups
of four to fifty; manage the car rentals, airport pickups, meals, hotels
and any necessary equipments setup. Create a number of spreadsheets for
the company to allow team members access to important information. Run
weekly and month end reports company- wide in Powerplay, import to Excel
and format then distribute. Entering field data into an Access database I
created to be used to acquire celery patents. Continual updating in an
Excel database to track all vendors needing insurance liability with Duda,
sending renewal notices as needed.
