before promotion to bindery supervisor. Supervised with full responsibility
for night shift bindery operations, managing a workforce of 50+ employees
depending upon job requirements and customer commitments. This was a 24-
hour, 7-day operational environment.

. Directed a department of 50+ employees while coordinating with
different departments on critical customer deadlines such as the
production of one million TV Guide books on a weekly basis.
