food table. Place rice in r ice cooker and cook. Portion frozen spicy chicken pieces and vegetables. Start
dashi and miso soup. Walk through restaurant and ensure cleanness and safety for customer’s
satisfaction.11 am- Restaurant opens. Unlock doors for front end hostesses. Make food orders for
customers and serve with friendly, courteous personality. Supervise hostesses and ensure productive,
quality work ethics. Continue constant cleaning of kitchen.12pm-2pm- Lunch rush begins. Make quick

Complete more food preparation and prepare for dinner rush. Grill chicken quarters and thinly sliced
