Duties: 7am- Arrive at restaurant and prepare opening tasks. Remove poult ry from sham, shred and

p lace in hot well food table. Start deep fryer, grill and r ice cooker. Grill beef, cut and place in hot well

food table. Place rice in r ice cooker and cook. Portion frozen spicy chicken pieces and vegetables. Start

dashi and miso soup. Walk through restaurant and ensure cleanness and safety for customer’s

satisfaction.11 am- Restaurant opens. Unlock doors for front end hostesses. Make food orders for

customers and serve with friendly, courteous personality. Supervise hostesses and ensure productive,

quality work ethics. Continue constant cleaning of kitchen.12pm-2pm- Lunch rush begins. Make quick

quality food orders 60-150 average per lunch rush. Pour alcoholic beverages upon request. 3pm-8pm-

Complete more food preparation and prepare for dinner rush. Grill chicken quarters and thinly sliced

beef shoulder for dinner rush. Roll sushi and make assorted tempura upon request to ensure freshness.

M arinate beef and chicken. Clean grill, mop f loors, clean bathrooms and take t rash to designated
