PMO, Net Previa, 2009 to Present. Oversee five direct reports and eight

employees and daily operations including program management, sales, global

business development, quotes, presentations marketing, customer support,

billing and collections for ~$2M hosting service firm, freeing CEO to

identify opportunities. Company relocating to Far East.

Program Manager, Wireless Terminal Business Unit, Texas Instruments, 2006

to 2009. Program managed complex products and P&L up to $5M and matrix

organizations of up to 50 globally-based Engineers in Israel, India and

US. Ensured program was delivered on time and within budget to major

external client Nokia. Left due to reduction in force (RIF).

. Managed program on time/budget, reaping ~$500M annually for core

currently in production

. Oversaw Bluetooth Analog translation from 3rd generation to latest IC

technology, gaining TI ~$800M yearly

. Program managed key Radio developments (Hardware and Software)

resulting in revenue over $250M with top wireless handset

. Conducted program phase reviews with Executive teams and tracked

programs using MS Project 2007 Enterprise Server platform across

worldwide engineering teams.

Program Manager, Agere Systems, 2000 to 2005. Recruited and managed 20

Engineers located domestically and internationally (Singapore, Germany,

Israel and China) from initial design to customer approval and ~$300K

budget for former Lucent Technology/AT&T Microelectronic Division.

Directed IC projects from design to production status. Delivered project

PM reviews to executive teams and monitored schedules using MS Project

status. Left due to workforce reduction.

New Product Introduction Engineer, Formatter Management. Directed 10

engineers and selection of electronic components and generated approved

vendor list setting contract manager expectations, timely delivery of PCA

to R&D and to release to Production. Recruited/promoted to Agere.

Technical Commodity Manager (Materials Engineering/Hard Drive/Tape Drive

Division). Recruited and led technical procurement strategies in ASICs

and PCA/Electronic components to achieve next generation Tape & Hard

Drive project goals.

Component Reliability Engineer/ASQC Certified Reliability Engineer, Compaq

Computer Corp., 1989 to 1993. Led component commodities in Production,

Supplier Management and Reliability issues. Commodities (VLSI chips,

discrete, passive and electrical effects of connectors, switches and

batteries used in PC motherboard. Qualified suppliers; oversaw reliability

testing and interpreted results; worked with suppliers to fix issues;

assessed suppliers' facilities; and traveled to Israel to manage

supplier's reliability.

. Published internal papers on no-clean wave soldering process effect on

component level reliability.

Quality/Reliability Engineer, Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., 1987 to

1989. Developed and conducted quality assessment test methodology in

conjunction with safety testing for commercial products. Evaluated

manufacturers and distributors to Military and Commercial Standard under

Third Party ISO-9000 Standard.
