Integrated Information Management Systems (IIMS) department at World Fuel

Services has a homegrown data warehouse which has been operational since 7

years. Crystal reports (mainly financial reports) used for Accounting

purposes were in place from a long time, and were distributed through

crystal enterprise 9. Main task here was to re-direct legacy crystal

reports to using universes with the required security features loaded

through BO user variable.

. Responsible for re-pointing of crystal reports to use BO universes.
