information that could affect our product, as well as helping to make

sure that our banking software is in compliance with each of the state

laws. Work with the Network Counsel in all 50 States, Guam, Puerto

Rico, and the Northern Mariana Islands. When each state legislative

year ends, I ensure that we receive a legislative update from each

state counsel with regards to the laws affecting our software. Create

logs and monthly P3 employee reports; maintain access databases that

include customer requests to the Compliance Legal Team and the

attorney's response as well as tracking in-house attorneys

correspondence to and from state counsel. I utilized Microsoft

FrontPage for our company website. Post information to the Customer

Service Network as needed and update the Passport website with the

attorney's biographies and updated forms. Update law books and

maintain organization of the law library. Handle data entry and

filing of the REQ packets, scan documents into LaserFiche so

attorneys/support staff can research it. I make travel arrangements,

and set up meetings as needed. I schedule CLE courses and

Teleconferences as needed. I provide invoice and expense management

for the legal team as well as maintain the budget spreadsheet. I

planned and executed the Network Conference in Boston, MA. This

consisted of obtaining an agenda from the attorneys, applying for CLE

course accreditation in each state that was applicable, registering

counsel and bank counsel for the conference, obtaining state updates

from each state counsel to create a handout/book for each attorney,

obtained presentation materials and bios from each speaker to create a

4" binder to hand out at the conference and have shipped back to each

person, and filed for CLE credits for each attendee. I updated a 40+

page Network Directory that highlights the quality and character of

inside and outside counsel that represents HFS. I made sure that the

formatting, punctuation, and spelling was perfect.
