In honor of Holly Dillon, submitted by Angela Washington
Angela writes, "I'd like to show my appreciation during this 2009 Customer
Appreciation week to Ms. Holly A. Dillon, CSRS Special Searcher, Transtec
contract employee, Retirement Operations Center, Boyers PA.
The retirement claims cases that I request in order to efficiently and
effectively manage my personal workload (which in turn has a huge impact on
CRIS) are requested once per month. Holly is such a diligent and pleasant
customer service provider. She receives the listing of cases that I request
and promptly replies that she has retrieved the workload and that the cases
needed have been shipped out to me. Most often, all of the cases may still
be in other locations. She ships what is on hand and then frequently
follows up during the week to see if any of the additional files have been
returned to the open files. When she sees this, she sends them out to me
followed with an email to let me know that she has continued to manage the
workload submitted to her for me! This is highly helpful and appreciated.
We all have very busy workloads. It is such a help to me to know that I
don't have to constantly re-request the cases because Holly values her work
to such a degree that she completely follows through on the task at hand!
The assistance she provides to all (I'm sure not just to me) is so
appreciated and during this Customer Service Week 2009 presented by OPM,
I'd like to take this opportunity to let her know how much she is valued
for continuing to provide excellent customer service."
