taxes, staff supervision, planning related to state and federal
regulations, and providing financial data to support regulatory filings.
Served as an officer at all of the Minnesota-based entities.
. Revised procedures to comply with changes in business and taxation
requirements.
. Reduced property tax valuations $3,000,000, which saved
approximately $45,000 by identifying and correcting errors in
reporting process.
Unit Controller 2008-2009
Responsible for accounting operations in Minnesota (general ledger and
reporting, monthly closings, accounts payable, budgeting and related SOX
