all areas of Labor Relations including the negotiation, management and

interpretation of all labor contracts, policies and procedures and labor

laws. Develop, write and implements new Policies and Procedures in

life, supplemental life, AD&D, LTD, and accident coverage, processing

claims and offering assistance to employees as needed. Manage workers'

compensation program including claims processing and monitoring, medical

review and follow-up. Manage leave of absence programs and return to work

programs. Investigate claims and employment issues. Prepare and attend

depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed. Team Player with

excellent follow-up, working in partnership with Senior Level Executives,

Attorneys, Union Leaders and staff to achieve the best possible results.

Analytically detailed - producing wage change reports, benefit trend

reports, provides salary analysis and bonus reports, prepares departmental

budgets and accrual reports. Settle all employee related issues within

approved settlement authority levels. Appear on behalf of Company in all

UI hearings as needed. Provides advice, guidance and coaching to

management to appropriately handle a vast range of employee related issues.

skills for both union and non-union positions. Process state and federal

reporting including EEOC filings as required. Managed all employee
