financial statements for purchase of BAX Global by Schenker
Inc. Research and resolution of prior company transactions.

Managed staff of 8 responsible for processing/researching invoices,
expense reports, claims, refunds, CODs, leases, P-Cards, and
fixed assets. Issued 500-1500 checks daily, daily on-line
banking, performed Oracle AP research and system closing,

Monthly review of department P/L, cash reporting, P-Card
