CNC Lathe Section Supervisor
Some of my responsibilities at CBM consisted of (time quoting) new jobs, programming 2, 4, and 5 axis
CNC machines with turning and milling capabilities using mazatrol and EIA programming. The machines
I was responsible for were all Mazaks which include a 2012 Integrex 670 h (5 axis), Integrex 50 (4 axis),
Nexus 400 (with live tooling), Nexus 450 (with live tooling), Slant turn 50 and Slant turn 60.
Responsibilities include training all new employees to setup and program these machines. I was also
responsible for scheduling jobs on these machines according to due dates. I also did some of the
maintenance on these machines including aligning headstocks, tailstocks, turrets and steadyrests.

My job description at J&P included quoting / purchasing material for upcoming jobs, scheduling jobs,
process planning, managing quality control, programming CNC machines with Fanuc controls using
