Responsibilities:

Took charge as Construction manager with a big multi million dollar project of a major construction

company in Florida.

•Took the responsibilities of review the design before development, preparing document for

construction process activities, management and monitoring the construction work, project

costing, budget analysis, quality checking of deliverables at each stage and final product.

•Oversaw subcontractors and inspectors in the build out of all project utilities and amenities and

directly supervised four or more superintendents in the construction of 250 single family homes

•Completed $3 million, 8 unit luxury condos one week early, Challenge: 90 day deadline with 25

days of rain.

•Oversaw the design and construction of all $32 million custom commercial condominiums (4 8

plexus). Detected numerous design problems with new product lines. Brought project in on time

and within budget.

This project stands as a landmark in my career as I proved my efficiency by completing the multi million

dollar project on time with quality and thereby got satisfied customers for the organization.
