Patient Care Coordinator, Moncure Community Health Clinic - Temporary three-
month position (March, April, and May 2010) 40 hours per week
Assisted in the conversion of physical medical records to electronic
medical records. Physically purged, organized, and stored outdated medical
records, which required knowledge of medical record numbering system.
Scanned physical medical records and imported them to electronic files.
Tracked referrals to obtain related medical/imaging reports from consulting
physicians or hospitals.

(September 2006 to April 2009.) 40 hours per week.
Performed school audits county-wide and assisted in investigations. This
would include the gathering and compiling of evidence and statistics to
support audit findings, including interviews with auditees and other
personnel. Wrote audit reports, prepared spreadsheets, prepared reports
from SAP, provided training to school financial secretaries.
