for the VP as needed. I trained 4 new Administrative Assistants. Prepare
and distribute vendor drawings for review and signatures. Submit drawings
and documents to project records (ensuring the documents and drawings is
complete according to departmental procedures). Log and track documents
and drawings submitted to records to confirm timeframe is within procedure
