PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Twenty-five years experience in all phases of shipping and receiving, record keeping, tracking, pick-up &

delivery coordination including computer entry, FedEx and UPS Shipments, disbursement and reconciliation

of checks and petty cash.

• Working knowledge of on-line Bill of Lading procedures, international shipping, custom documenting on

AesDirect, commercial invoicing, SED computer records, and packing lists on Filemaker Pro.

• Effective in supervising, training, motivating associates, as well as quality, inventory control and inspection.

• Diversified experience in positions demanding good judgment, responsibility and excellent organizational

skills. Has been certified in shipping and handling of HAZMAT.

• Technical experience and expertise of more than 29 years as a forklift operator and flatbed, 2-speed, split axle

truck driver.

• A quick learner and fast worker, with a spotless safety record, both personal safety as well as accident free

operation of various equipment and vehicles.

• Proven individual producer, team player and lead, who does more than required for the task at hand. Works

well independently, requiring little supervision.

• Experienced in use of hand tools, specifically those necessary for constructing skids and large wooden crates

(in excess of 12’x6’x2’).

• Experienced in painting, exterior and interior, including wall repairs, maintenance painting of vessel while in

Navy and civilian life, plumbing/electrical work/repairs, installation of shelves as maintenance technician.

Experienced in cutting, installation of ceramic tile and general construction work.
