1-94 to 2-06 Central Bank and Trust Company
I started as a Loan officer in 1994 at the Bank's main office
and worked my way to Assistant Office Manager within three
years. Three years later I was promoted to Vice President and
Manager of the Riverside office until I was moved to the Banks
Main Office in 2003. When I was moved to the Riverside office I
was appointed to the Bank's Loan committee.
Vice President and Manager of the Bank's main office from 2003
to 2006. My ability allowed me to take the Main office from
a loss of $600M to a net profit of $2.2million within 3 years.
Supervised 14 FTE while at this office and I was ranked as
their most income-producing officer. I coached employees on
bank procedures and lowered the offices turn over rate to less
than 1% per year. I promoted autonomy within the office so
employees could take responsibility for their successes and
mistakes, which allowed the employees to provide great customer
service. The empowerment of the employee's produced an office
audit rating of excellent.

following other Institutions: Walker Bank- First
Interstate- began my career (1974) and worked up to Assistant

was purchasing deal paper from 7 car dealerships. Supervised
two collectors at this office.

their Highland Drive office over their consumer lending. Started
training in commercial lending. I was at this position for one
year when I was offered a position by Valley Bank to be their
Assistant Manager of their Highland Dive office in the
Cottonwood area of Salt Lake City.
In 1979 I was approached by Tracy-Collins Bank to become their
Branch Manager of their Cottonwood office. While at Tracy-
Collins Bank I was moved to their Sugar House office as manager
to turn the office around in lending, collections, and
profitability. In 1981 I was moved to their West Valley Office
to turn it around as well. This is where I became a Regional
Manger and Assist Vice President supervising 6 offices with 60
FTE. I had the responsibility for collections, loans and
profitability for all 6 offices along with loan committee
responsibilities.
I handled this responsibility for four years until the Bank was
sold to West One Bank, and remained manager of the office. The
Bank then offered me to become a Regional Commercial loan
officer for six offices of West One on the West side of the
Valley, with only commercial lending responsibility for three
years.
I resigned after three years and left banking but in 1993 was
