Training Coordinator for SAP R/3 AFS implementation. This

six-month project involved identification, research,

courseware development, and delivery of all training for

SAP implementation. I also identified users, locations,

and tracked training plan and progress. This included

delivery of application training and delivery of

Train-the-Trainer classes. Worked largely with MM, WM,

PP, SD, OE, HR modules.

For B. R. Blackmarr & Associates (BRBA) as Senior Analyst

(contractor) at Mr. Payroll (subsidiary of Cash America),

worked with end users and developers to define systems

enhancements for check-cashing machines.

For B. R. Blackmarr & Associates (BRBA) as Facilitator

(contractor) for BPR effort, filled in for another

facilitator who was ill. This was at Burlington Northern

Santa Fe Railroad. Feedback was very positive.

Distance) as

Web Developer (contractor), served as the single point of

contact between internal customers and Web Development

group. Determined clients' needs and requirements and

presented to manager for assignment. Developed intranet

web sites for clients. Assisted in development of

intranet standards and guidelines. Developed web project

development and delivery documents to facilitate client

understanding (and acceptance) of development process and

deliverables.

For I.T. Partners at CHASE (Texas Commerce Bank), as

Systems Design Office - Senior Analyst (Contractor),

worked with data modeler and technical writer to document

key information technology systems. Researched and

documented existing and proposed I.T. systems. Conducted

facilitated sessions and personal interviews to determine

user specifications, system specifications, business

owner, systems owner, developers, updates, location,

supporting documentation. Documented these items and

created data models and business process flows.

Documented system interdependencies and "touch-points"

paper-dependent users in the application of the new

software. The documentation was process driven to support

users in reengineering their work to take advantage of

the features of the new application. Included in the

documentation were bi-monthly tip screens to remind users

of the new processes. Highly visual in design, the

documentation employed numerous segmented-hypergraphics

to introduce users to application screens, icons, and

menus.

as Project Manager (contractor), led change management

focus of system conversion project for Ericsson Cellular.

Worked with project leaders and developers in Dallas,

Raleigh, N.C., and Lynchburg, VA. to prepare end users

for transition to new system. Designed (and facilitated)

change management focused communications including

newsletters, implementation updates, user-forums, and

training. Provided post implementation support in

Lynchburg facility.

a 3.1 million dollar SAP-R3 implementation project for

Novacor, a primary Canadian petrochemical firm. Project

involved all stages of development life cycle from
