worked with end users and developers to define systems
enhancements for check-cashing machines.

(contractor) for BPR effort, filled in for another
facilitator who was ill. This was at Burlington Northern
Santa Fe Railroad. Feedback was very positive.

of the new processes. Highly visual in design, the
documentation employed numerous segmented-hypergraphics
to introduce users to application screens, icons, and
