To Whom It May Concern:

Robert Utzig has worked for me in the position of instructor, demonstrator, and craftsman through my arts and crafts

business, Moose Feathers.

Mr. Utzig has demonstrated that he is very well versed in the subject of Native American crafts. He incorporates his

knowledge of the history of area tribes along with his technological skills in his instruction and demonstration of

various crafts including knife making, bone carvings, photography, jewelry making and beadwork. He is capable of

drawing a considerable audience, and maintaining its rapt attention. He has shown a unique ability to conduct his

lessons in a manner that meets the interests and needs of all age groups.

Some of the events that he has conducted his demonstrations and classes include the Thunder Falls PowWow in

Niagara Falls, New York in 2003, and the Native American Crafts and Primitive Arts Festival in Jaynesville,

Pennsylvania in 2004, 2005, and 2006, to mention a few.

I sincerely admire and respect Mr. Utzig for both his talent and his professionalism. He is a serious and dedicated

craftsman and teacher.

Very truly,

Cynthia Burison
