Worked on a six month contract with Medco's United Health Group division

acting as the project manager for the State of Georgia benefits renewal and

as the project coordinator for the River Valley services migration.

. Plan setup and tracking using Microsoft Project, each project plan had

a 6+ month time span utilizing the resources of 8-10 different teams.

. Coordinated the efforts of 6 internal departments as well as 5 client

departments in the installation of two different benefit programs

This phase of CAT testing had 36000 test claims.

. Researched rejected live claims for root causes and reported findings
