Business Consulting: Assisted businesses as needed to grow. (2009 -
present)
. Designer Fitness: consulting on Fitness Club/Personal training
business to get back to profitability. Have created business plan
with owner and implemented plans that have grown client base by 74%
and decreased expenses by 42%. I have also renegotiated Designers
lease to save them over $150k and helped them obtain critical business
investment.
. Black Creek Harbor: consulting on waterfront residential development.
Reconciled equity positions of owners, created sales incentive plans,
and redevelopment plans as determined based on market needs. Also re-
negotiated loan terms with bank, giving project the opportunity to
self-fund development through sales and increase value by over $4M.
MicroGREEN Polymers: Start-up company focused on developing new technology
for composite materials and environmentally friendly consumer packaging.
Director of Operations: Arlington, WA (2005 - 2009)
. Developed business plan and strategy to get initial Series A funding
as part of management team. Company received over $3.5 million in
start-up funding for new technology to create composite materials and
environmentally friendly plastic food packaging.
. Successfully found and negotiated facility lease for operations.

Operations Manager: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (2000 - 2005)
. Negotiated and procured all Club Store/Mass Merchandise modules and
displays in US and Canada, generating $35 million annually in sales.
. Developed supply chains and negotiated contracts for new product
launches in the food service and retail channels. Coordinated with
Marketing, R&D, Quality, Packaging, Engineering, Legal, Finance,
Planning and Distribution from concept to consumer. Optimized and
managed timing, quality and financial requirements. Projects
generated $105 million annually in sales.

through contract manufacturing. Impact was to outsource complex
products totaling $28 million in sales and created cost reductions of
