Estate manager to a prominent Palm Beach couple in a large distinguished
home.
Duties included hiring, training and termination of staff, interviewing and
supervising all outside contractors, managing household accounts,
orchestrating of functions, stocking and care of the wine cellar,
scheduling preventive maintenance of home and autos, floral arrangements,
shopping, internet research, reservations, appointments and transportation
and occasional meal preparation. In general, making sure the employers'
lives were as carefree as possible.
2004-2009 Personal Assistant (Mr. And Mrs. Kramer)
Personal assistant to a prominent Palm Beach real estate
developer and his family. The position involved assisting the executive
with his personal affairs, coordinating plans, clerical work, purchases,
travel
arrangements, and providing transportation services. This position involved
spending a lot of time caring for and interacting with their child and an
equal
amount of time assisting the wife both within the home and without. I also
regularly assisted other employees within the household.
2000-2010 Writer
Writer of television and radio commercials for several major accounts for a
premier production company in New York. (This is secondary income)
1998-2000 Executive Concierge/Personal Assistant (Mr. Pescitelli)
Personal assistant to the President and C.E.O. of a prominent and extremely
successful insurance institution. This position made me the right-hand man
to a busy executive and his family. Duties were wide-ranging and included
purchasing, representing the company at business functions and social
engagements, internet research and computer work, making travel
arrangements, chauffeuring, and managing and working with household staff.
The job often required ninety-hour work weeks.
1994-1997 Chauffeur
Performed chauffeuring duties on a full-time basis for a very active car
service in New
Jersey. Responsibilities included driving various types of luxury vehicles.
Provided
services for corporate executives and social affairs.
1989-1994 Estate Manager (Mr. and Mrs. Briskin)
Served as an estate manager to a prominent professional couple and their
children.
Duties included making extensive travel arrangements (domestic and
international),
performing office services, purchasing equipment, phone contacts, arranging
the household interior, delivering sensitive documents, providing personal
transportation, landscaping, pet care, and overseeing the work of
subcontractors
involved in a major expansion of the home. I became a trusted member of the
family.
1988-1989 Corporate Chauffeur / Personal Assistant (Kravco. Corporation)
Performed chauffeuring duties for the C.E.O. and principal officers of
Kravco Corporation
in the Philadelphia area. This position involved driving the officers,
their families and
business associates to meetings and conferences from New York to
Washington.
Responsibilities included delivering important and confidential documents
and valuable
personal possessions to various locations. The position regularly involved
working
12-16 hours per day and interacting with people at the highest levels of
the business
community. The highest degree of service and personal rectitude was
required.

I have extensive experience as a personal assistant and estate manager.
I am extremely bright, well-read, traveled, highly organized, responsible,
discreet and
have outstanding presentation skills. I have maintained multiple
residences, can do all minor repairs, am computer literate, expert at
logistics and very service oriented. I am a polished professional who is
