promoted to a full time accounts payables payroll administrator for drivers, interpreters and translators. Our company
supplies independent contractors with positions to transport and interpret for workman's compensation claimants to
their intended destination for claimant's rehab and therapy appointments. My position entails entering invoices and
vouchers from each vendor in order to provide them with their payroll for their pay period. After entering invoices, I
compile the total invoices on Excel spreadsheets, submit to the finance department for checks and send checks out to
the prospective companies and or individual contractors. Also providing reports thru OPS3 and CRM in order to
complete payroll as well as doing reconciliation and not-costed reports and providing telephone customer service to
companies and contractors inquiring about their payroll issues.

customer service representative and underwriter, my position entailed underwriting property and casualty homeowners
policies throughout the entire state of Florida for several different insurance companies. Not only was I an underwriter
for over 7 years, but I also entered and processed applications in the data entry department in the first year of working
for the servicing carrier. I interacted with both insureds and insurance agents by phone and in person in order to
complete the underwriting process of insured's applications for homeowners coverage. I worked on the Geographical
Underwriting System named GUS to determine ratings on both fire and protection classes for territories and locations
for fire and hydrant safety factoring over the entire state. Underwriting for both F.R.P.C.J.U.A. and standard and non-
standard insurance companies allowed me to broaden my skills in the customer service aspect of the position as well as

As office manager, my duties were abundant as well as very versatile and important. Many times I was the only person
in the office and had many responsibilities in which I upheld. I rated personal automobile and motorcycle policies both
manually and by software, took claims, serviced policies and took payments. I also worked the books in the office,
paid all bills and made all bank transactions. Opening and closing the office daily and basically running the office as
smoothly and as efficiently as possible.

were homeowners, health, workman's compensation, commercial and personal auto, flood, jewelers block, yacht,
boatowners and glass claims.
In addition to being the receptionist and office claims representative, I also helped in sharing the duties of the

types Certificates of Insurance for building contractors, typed invoices and issued bid and performance bonds. I also
