Present Senior Weld Engineer

Technical leadership for the production team. Responsibilities

included supplying documentations support associated with safety,

manufacturing and quality methods, tooling, and equipment. Developed

welding and brazing procedures (PQR and WPS). Provided performance

qualification for United States Navy Sea Systems. Designed weld

processes and procedures including Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and

Aluminum GMAW.

2009 Senior Welding Process Engineer, Demo Lab Manager

Supported application needs on all products for sales managers in the

United States, Canada and Mexico for one of the world's largest and

most experienced manufacturers of welding filler materials, as well

as welding and cutting equipment.

Developed welding procedures & application samples according to the

client's requirements.

Trained customers and sales personnel in applying new welding

technologies.

Managed the advanced welding and cutting laboratory for development,

training and demonstrations.

Tested new prototype welding equipment & compiled R&D reports.

Designed, Tested, and Commercialized a Manual Aluminum Welding

System, which incorporated a Push-Only Welding System and Robotic

Aluminum Welding for push and push-pull wire feeding system.

Created a New Robotic-Welding Concept for fabricating armored
