Maintain overall low shrinkage for the company

Provide customers with service when needed.

Monitor internal and external theft via overt CCTV

Investigate Organized Retail Crime (ORC) and apprehend/interview

suspects.

Participate in court proceedings in order to prosecute offenders.

Interview suspects in order to get as much information as possible
