the rights and well being of human subjects are protected and reported clinical data is
accurate, complete and verifiable from source documents
• Prepared and submitted timely, accurate and complete monitoring reports
• Ensured that clinical sites had adequate supplies of product and material to
effectively conduct the study
• Conduct regulatory document review at the sites
• Informed Consent Form review for adherence to study protocol and IRB
requirements
