Construction Manager, schedule analysis, cost controls mediation, arbitration and DRB’s reviewing multiple tasks with a

construction management and consulting firm. Sr Project Manager, Project Engineer, Cost Engineer. Scheduling Forward,

As-Built and Compressed As-Built Schedules with graphics in construction and claim preparation, cost reporting for

various projects and analyzing MEP changes. Construction Management: King County Fire Districts, Northshore Utility

JEWELL & ASSOCIATES

Construction Manager, schedule analysis, mediation, arbitration preparation and cost controls on a contract basis for

multiple tasks with a claims and construction consulting firm. Prepare As-Built and Compressed As-Built Primavera &

Microsoft Project Schedules and provide graphics in claim preparation and reporting for Boeings P3 Update IV and Peace

Shield programs, San Francisco’s Fillmore Center, McNeil Island Corrections Facility, Stafford Creek Corrections Center,

the Whittier, Alaska Railroad Tunnel Project and the WYE I-84 Interchange in Boise, Idaho and numerous other projects.

R. ANGELINE & ASSOCIATES

Sr. Project Mgr - High Bay 777 Airplane Factory Complex (5 buildings) – Contract team leader in project controls and the

Primavera construction scheduling, cost control analyses for contractors on the major 777 expansion program at the

Boeing Everett plant. The areas of responsibility for schedule and cost review included design, permits, construction,

computing, equipment, tooling, relocates, MEP and support services for Boeing Facilities 777 program. Software used

included Primavera P3, Suretrak, Parade, Expedition, Claim Digger, Excel and Word. 9/90 – 11/91

OLYMPIC ASSOCIATES

Embed Systems Manager – Contract manager of wireless tower systems and three MEP embedded systems for theY2K

effort within the Microsoft International Facility System. These systems included the mechanical, piping, electrical,

wireless and building systems, worldwide, for their compliance with the year 2000 rollover. 4/99 – 1/00

CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS:

LEASE CRUTCHER LEWIS BUILDS

Contracted in construction management including construction manager, project management, project engineer in MEP,

process piping, structural steel, envelop, interiors and cost controls/scheduling for various projects.

Garfield High School $85 Million

Senior Project Engineer in project structural steel fabrication and erection, scheduling, cost controls, steel detailing,

submittals, take-offs, RFI’s and development of drawings for the GC/CM project. This was a $7 million valued steel

project with the erection/supply of steel, rebar and misc. metals. Provided Primavera scheduling for steel and concrete

with the project and change requests for $2 million in COP’s with the steel changes. 6/06 – 8/08.

Lincoln High School of Tacoma $70 Million

Pre-Construction Project Engineer – Involved with envelop and interior construction administering subcontractors,

subcontracts, take-off’s, Primavera scheduling, RFI’s, and constructability reviews on a GC/CM project. Prepare bid

packages and review on-site surveys. 2/08 – 6/08

Bellevue City Hall $75 Million

Cost Engineer - Negotiate change orders to the original scope of work on a GC/CM contract that was in trouble with

constructability. Duties included review of contract plans and specifications for MEP scope of work and determining the

differences for discussions with the owner’s representative and cost estimates. 11/05 – 2/06

Immunex GMP Bio-Tech Plant (2 buildings) $49 Million

Sr. Scheduler/Project Manager – Produced Primavera schedule & cost analyses for the project along with producing a

database (Paradox software) with document control maintained for review and compliance by the FDA. Also,

administrated, specifications, contracts, MEP subcontracts with the CM, Flour Daniels, and the FDA. 4/91-8/91

Continental Plaza $7 Million

Sr. Project Manager – On-site project management, MEP and cost controls of the construction activities with cast-in-place

concrete, P/T slabs and shotcrete in a 4-story office building with an exterior parking garage. Duties included bidding,

take-off’s, estimating, Primavera project and cost scheduling, administration, materials, subcontracts and T.I. design with

construction. 8/89-4/91

The Biomembrane Institute $7 Million

Construction Manager - On-site construction management for Otsuka Pharmaceutical assisting in design, engineering,

permits, cost estimates, MEP, Primavera scheduling and construction of a Bio-Medical Organic laboratory. Duties

included facility design, administration of construction, project controls, scope estimates, cost analyses and contracting

the work. The tenant space included GMP, Organic and General Laboratories with equipment, animal and maintenance

areas. 12/88-8/89

National Semiconductor $60 Million

MEP Project Engineer - Reconstructed the 100,000 sf Hi-Tech Semiconductor Facility as a Class 1 Clean Facility, Duties

as MEP cost coordinator in the largest Class 1 semiconductor facility in the Pacific Northwest as a project engineer. In

charge of estimating & cost control in MEP & providing the Primavera schedule updating. 7/87-12/88

Otsuka Pharmaceutical $30 Million

Construction Manager - Installed 100,000 s.f. of tenant construction in a Bio-Medical laboratories and animal laboratory

space. Involved in the transition of office space into labs with an emphasis on Class P2-P4 clean rooms. Duties included

administration, bid packages, MEP coordination & cost controls, Primavera scheduling, take-off’s, project estimates,

material purchasing, subcontract negotiations and change orders. Marketed for future expansion of Biomembrane

Institution on a CM basis with Value Engineering. 6/86-7/87

Fairchild Camera & Instrument $60 Million

MEP Project Engineer - Constructed a 100,000 sf Hi-Tech Semiconductor Facility as the first user of Primavera schedules

and MEP coordinator in the largest semiconductor facility in the Pacific Northwest. Duties included MEP coordinating,

estimating & cost control in MEP & reviewing/updating the Primavera schedule. 11/84-10/85

SPECIAL TRAINING

Trained in and instructed O & M for refrigeration, mechanical systems, electrical systems, building inspections, structural

engineering and computer systems. This included 25 years Primavera P33c, P6 & P3E, Suretrak, MS Project, Claim

Digger, Windows, Office, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Digital Video Editor, Animator, Parade, Expedition,

Timberline, WinEst, Quick Book Pro, AutoCAD LT, Designer, and Corel Draw software. I am a professional member of the

International Conference of Building Officials.

EDUCATION

Completed degrees in Business and Construction Management with certificates in Project Management, Building

Inspections, Accounting and Materials/Cost Management in 1983. Achieved over 500+ hours in management seminars;

400+ hours in construction materials/technique seminars; 250+ hours of computer seminars and have attended Thermo-

King and Carrier refrigeration schools. Primavera user group seminars.

AWARDS

Some of the above mentioned construction projects have won AGC awards for construction excellence in each of their

respective classes for design, types of construction and project cost category. I have participated in the First Class One

Clean Facility in the Pacific Northwest, (National Semiconductor) with Primavera scheduling and the First Aids Test

Manufacturing Facility (Genetic Systems).
