I have more than 15 years experience in chemistry and engineering. Having

worked on contracts sponsored by the US Navy, Environmental Protection

Agency (EPA), National Institute of Health Sciences (NEIHS), National

Sept. 2008- Current. Nuclear Reactor Engineer, US Navy. Nuclear

Engineering, as well as Environmental Engineering, and Civil Engineering

tasks, land planning and environmental assessments Phase I through Phase

III, FERC permitting, project management, green building, stormwater

management design, implementation, all applicable permits including Title

V, AutoCAD Civil 3D 2008, Nuclear design and implementation and auditing of

all nuclear related issues for the US Navy. Consulting for US Navy to

civilian nuclear power counterparts for designs and associated quality

assurance issues.

April 2007- October 2008. Environmental Engineer, Hunt Engineering. Civil

Environmental Protection Agency, Washington DC. Intern for Department of

Exposure Analysis Branch, working on nanotechnology and exposure assessment

studies, performed EPA study audits, Phase I, II, Phase III assessments.

Worked on implementation of new chemicals into the RICRA, TSCA, and FIFRA

databases. Performed audits of chemical and agriculture companies as

requested by EPA. Obtained security clearance for government contracts.

March 2001- July 2003. Polymer Formulation Chemist, Coatings and Adhesives,

North Carolina. Development of all formulations for UV/EB coatings,

analysis of UV and water based coatings. Supervisor of group, UV and EB

coating patents for coatings used by US Mint for new currency. Researched

all new monomers and oligomers available along with additives needed for

all new products. Created new urethanes to be incorporated into water base

coatings as needed. Technical support for existing and new manufacturing

facilities, including development of strategic plans, feasibility studies,

new product development efforts, and scale-up issues. Performed requisition

purchases for all new materials and instrumentation, transferred finished

coatings and methods to manufacturing facility and QC. Performed and wrote

all IQ/OQ PQ reports, SOP's, MSDS, technical literature for UV/EB coatings

and instrumentation. Created safety CD for use of UV/EB coatings for sales,

customer, and internal use. Gave presentations to management, technical

association meetings, and performed all government audit requirements.

Technical liaison between customers, sales, and R&D for all UV/EB customer

issues. Developed and supported the design, installation, start-up,

process testing, SOP development, and pilot plant production. Wrote and
