Key Responsibilities
Operations Responsible for safety, security, training and industrial hygiene; established loss control
programs which exceeded corporate expectations in achieving a non-reportable accident program which
exceeded 400 man hours on 2 separate occasions without a reportable injury; developed and implemented
a START program (Supervisor Training in Accident Reduction Techniques, a behavioral based safety
program). The program is a safety audit program that indicates to companies, construction management
and the owner, the deficiencies of the operation, and the corrective action to abate the problem areas, and
to establish a training program to eliminate the unsafe acts / condition. Operate machinery on an assembly
line. Prepare production equipment for testing, carry out the tests as specified, and complete the test
reports. Specify if any equipment needs maintenance and on completion of any maintenance work inspect
the plant/ equipment for integrity prior to start-up. Monitor working conditions, keep production areas
tidy, and monitor other ongoing activities within the process areas to maintain housekeeping standards.
Staffing & Training Recruit, train, develop, schedule and supervise team of ten associates.
Motivate staff to achieve performance goals and ensure productive department operations.
Customer Relations & Service Develop and manage customer relations to maximize service
satisfaction, promote goodwill and generate repeat/referral business that contributes to growth of
