Supervise, plan and direct an 18-man team to increase shipping accuracy and

quality to ensure we meet customer satisfaction standards. Responsible for

updating scheduled training on safety and company procedures. Use effective

coaching and counseling techniques to ensure a good work place behavior and

matched. While doing so we maintain a 99.8% weekly inventory accuracy

rating. Over saw a four-man receiving team to ensure all inbound product is

received into inventory in a timely manner, in order to ensure all

shipments on schedule. Supervises all activities of a site primarily

involved in the physical receipt, packing inspection, custody, maintenance

while in storage, stock selection, packing and physical inventory, and

shipping of material. Responsible for managing overtime in my department to

ensure company budget is kept to a minimum. Uses experience and knowledge

to solve complex problems and disconnects between maintenance and supply

systems. Coordinates with SSC Workload Managers to resolve out-of-balance

conditions. . Establishes detailed plans and procedures for initial and

recurring materiel procurement, and manages maintenance requisition status

and tracks supply system response. Monitors due-in status for critical

mission capable/awaiting parts. Uses sound judgment to build or recommend

the best range and depth of stock based on known requirements and

anticipated demands. Manage readiness base leveling allocations of shop
