Supervise, plan and direct an 18-man team to increase shipping accuracy and
quality to ensure we meet customer satisfaction standards. Responsible for
updating scheduled training on safety and company procedures. Use effective
coaching and counseling techniques to ensure a good work place behavior and

matched. While doing so we maintain a 99.8% weekly inventory accuracy
rating. Over saw a four-man receiving team to ensure all inbound product is
received into inventory in a timely manner, in order to ensure all

involved in the physical receipt, packing inspection, custody, maintenance
while in storage, stock selection, packing and physical inventory, and
