Provide IT training and curriculum development; business process and
process management for both corporate and government contracts related to
enterprise software deployments. Most recent assignments include:
. Vangent (Civilian and DOD Contractor) - Worked with the Vangent task
force on curriculum development for the Enterprise Business
Modernization (EBM) software to be used by the Procurement and
Logistics/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization
(PL/DITCO). Key goals were to create blended learning modules to
train DITCO procurement personnel on 1) BPM application basis and 2)
specific telecom procurement processes. Created training deliverables
via Adobe Captivate; and obtained subject matter immersion in Business
Process Management (Appian BPM) software.
. NIIT (Global IT Training Firm) - Delivered corporate training with
NIIT which provides contract training for numerous corporate and
institutional clients including CA, IBM, and HP. Conducted several
major training venues which produced excellent student evaluations

Lectured, mentored and consulted on a diverse curriculum in Storage,
Enterprise Management and Data Protection within CA Education. Delivery
