in twenty percent growth year over year.

insurance software experts.
o Performed and managed implementation and conversion studies which
required extensive knowledge of the business. Presented the business
case for corporate savings and as a result of the implementation,
typically recognized 25% staff reductions while enabling business
processing to increase by 25% due to straight through processing and
efficiencies.

Reporting directly to the company's owner and founder, carried out the
execution of the company's operational plan as well as the development of
the business processing and implementations of the software package for
clients. Led the Consulting Division, identifying revenue sources, selling
projects and managing delivery of on-time solutions. Sought out by clients
to consult on new insurance products and features. Developed lasting

o Performed and managed implementation and conversion studies determining
