nationwide. Led internal and external teams, managed technical

Medicaid and CDC consisting of new remote port networks, CM upgrade,
equipment move, AAR/ARS changes and Call Center modifications without
any service interruptions to the (3) call centers
. Supported the Federal Team by project managing (15) urgent government
upgrade projects in 2008 in the midst of the economic crisis in
addition to existing 20 project workload
. Led several engagement sub-teams for IP Hosted Solution rollouts which
included: Software design, Network design/configuration, Network
readiness, Material Logistics which had a positive impact on the
success of the implementation in the areas of scheduling, cost,
quality and customer satisfaction
. Mentored newly hired Project Managers on processes and products from
2004 to 2009
. Saved $275,000 annually by negotiating a 46% reduction in Service
