• Managed maintenance and grounds keeping departments for a 47 room, year round resort which included a full

service restaurant, hot springs pools, and store.

• Developed and supervised facilities improvement projects for the resort including redesigning of the resort

plumbing system, a $70,000+ renovation project of the resort conference center, and company liaison for

construction of a $500,000 maintenance and housing facility.

• Designed, implemented, and managed an onsite mountain bike rental shop containing 30 mountain bikes and full

service bicycle shop.
