Manage, operate and maintain all mechanical and

electrical equipment that supports the

network-neutral data centers, interconnection

services and premium collocation facilities that

range from 250,000- 2,500,000 square feet.

Perform power distribution (AC & DC), cable

management, mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C

start-up operations, testing and commissioning.

Strong knowledge in the operation of emergency

backup power systems including U.P.S systems

(Liebert, Eaton Powerware and M.G.E U.P.S from

180-1100 KVA), A.S.T.S, A.T.S, P.D.U, Caterpillar

diesel generators (750 KW- 2.5MW), Russell Electric

switch gear and 26K and 13K high voltage

substations.

Execute extensive preventative maintenance programs

on electrical and H.V.A.C equipment including

chillers, C.R.A.C's (15-40 ton units), cooling

towers, pumps, dry coolers, air handler units,

humidifiers etc, to maximize output efficiency and

ensure energy conservation.

Project managed new construction of all three

phases of the Equinix NY4 facility, infrastructure

upgrades at Equinix NY1 facility and customer

installations and de-installations for all three

facilities.

Working knowledge of Building Management Software

like Automated Logic Controls, Siemens Apogee and

Insight, Maximo, Oracle and MS Outlook, MS Project.
