currency and Multiple Set of books, Multi-Time zone implementation across
the globe, with each country going live in phases

Single Global Application (SGA) was a project started with a vision of
binding the Worldwide Toshiba Sales Companies in a single ERP Application.
A single Oracle ERP instance would be catering to the business automation
solutions of all the Toshiba Sales and Manufacturing companies situated at
various sites. With this goal, SGA started off with the implementation of
Oracle 11i at Toshiba Electronics Europe (TEE).
Technical Analyst - Order Management and Distribution Management Project
Responsibilities
o Requirement gathering for distributor management process across 4
countries in Europe.
o Performing gap analysis for distributor management process
o Designing a robust front-end web portal for Oracle E-Business suite
enabling the distributors to create Quotes and Claims in Ship and
Debit and Price Protection business models.
o Development of a strategy for the EDI mapping and integration with
the external systems of the participating vendors

. Involved in preparation of user manuals, test scenarios,

(Interactive- Customer Engagement) is an implementation of Oracle CRM
modules for the Sony Sales Companies. The project aimed at automating
various Sales and Order Management activities of the sales companies and
integrating them with their Rep's across the country.
Key Project Highlights:
Sony I-ce was implementation of Oracle 11.5.9 ERP for Order Management and
CRM modules.
It involved design and development of RICE (Reports, Interfaces,
Customizations and Extensions) components to support the Order management,
Logistics and CRM modules. Major customizations were done to the standard
Oracle iStore, iQuote modules which required skills in JSP, Java, PL/SQL
and Oracle workflows.
Senior Developer - CRM developments
Key Contributions
. As a senior developer - developed various JSP customizations
for the iStore and iQuote CRM modules.
. Developed a complete extension as a web portal to view and ship
pending shipments. Technologies like Display Tag Libraries and
Struts Framework were used.
