Training, supervision and mentoring of accounting department & office
administrative staff. Reorganized department management to ensure adherence to
GAAP accounting standards. Orchestrated all management activities regarding
general ledger journal entries, monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial
statements, budget analysis, bank reconciliations, and year-end audit schedules
