. Led the Metal In Oil investigation for the Model 250 Series 2

& 4 Helicopter Engines.

. Primary objective was to find the leading root cause of

probable root cause for any metal generation within the

engine oil lubricating system.

. Statistical tools were used to evaluate collected data from

2002 to 2007. Data was then analyzed with Pareto Charts and

compared to 2007 Meal generation failure events.

Experimental Test & Assembly (Co-Op) May

2006 - August 2006

. Performed N1 Quad Coiled vs. N1 Dual Coil Speed Sensor Tests

for the purpose of evaluating engine speed based off of new

tachometer designed.

. Instrumental in discovering if the newly 2 prong insert N1

Quad Coiled Speed Sensor met design specs. as well as

performed better/worst than the single prong N1 Dual Coiled

Sensor.

. Performed the Pressure/Temperature Engine Health Test, which

was instrumental in discovering if Inner Turbine

Temperatures, Fwd Center Sump Cavity Pressures, as well as

Fan Speeds and Turbine Speeds were in line with the design

specs. for the AE3007 engine.
