. Instruction manuals complement the main Administrative Instruction on

the staffing component of Talent Management. The manuals explain the

role for each key player in the staffing process, from beginning to

end, and provide detailed information on policies, procedures and

Assist the Dow Jones Consumer Media Operations Department (Continuous

procedural reports. Ensure consistency in operational methodologies and

- Work with business managers and SMEs to analyze business

processes and create current and future state process workflows

- Maintain and update content of the department website (using MS

SharePoint and basic HTML coding) including creation of wiki

(how-to) in the new SharePoint site

- Update project status reports in coordination with business

managers

- Develop online tutorial simulations using OutStart SoftSim

application

. Project involvements for documentation in multimedia (interactive)

format:

- Work with the Continuous Improvement team to develop visual and

interactive tools for internal and external use (e.g. Visual

Glossary, Contract Printer Kit distributed to delivery partners)

- Design materials for 5S Safety procedures
