OBJECTIVE

Obtain a position as a Manager or Supervisor within the Construction

Field, with an opportunity for advancement, based on experience and job

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Past employed with Craig & Heidt, Construction, a Civil Constructor

involving Earthwork, Paving, and Drainage within the Houston Texas area.

Also deployed through out Texas and conducted Airport and Runway

rehabilitation under strict supervision of Texas Department of

Transportation Aviation Branch. Safety Precautions involved in every aspect

of construction through out job. Earthwork and paving construction within

Chemical, and Fuel Refinery Plants. Detailed daily job reports and progress

notes recorded daily.

Previously worked for Chase Construction, Houston, TX, a commercial

concrete and utility construction company. Very knowledgeable with the

interpretation of Construction Plans, and use of laser survey equipment to

determine grade and or elevations. Duties within include site layout,

excavation and placement of Storm Drainage Systems both with plastic

corrugated and reinforced concrete pipe. Sanitary sewage, and Domestic

Water Line installation. Also responsible for site preparation for concrete

placement, and concrete pours. Operates all heavy equipment associated with

earth moving and grading operations.

Also included, worked for Precision Concrete, Houston, Texas, As a

Construction cost Estimator and conducting detailed site visits to ensure

set budgets was maintained, time lines are met, and material readily

available through local suppliers and vendors, performed quality control

and quality control inspection of job sites.

Very knowledgeable with computers, which includes Micro-Soft Office Word,

Excel, and PowerPoint. As a part of daily operations, word documents, power

point slide presentations, and excel spread sheets were used to record

daily progress.

Completed twenty-four (24+) years of active duty military service with the

U.S. Army: Engineers. Conducted and overseen numerous construction missions

through-out career, and through out the world, both peace time and in

conflict. Construction knowledge included: Earth Moving Equipment

operating, and maintenance, Carpenter Skills, Personnel and Equipment

Management, Concrete placement, estimating and General Drafting. To include
