As a subject matter expert, analyzed several transportation/Logistics
programs, with the intent of establishing a new deployment program for
the Navy. Analyzed the programs for; compatibility with existing
systems to include Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and In-
transit Visibility (ITV) along with several other military specific
systems. Served as a Hazardous Material consultant, advising the
proper shipment of hazardous goods, by all modes of travel. Prepared
and presented several reports and presentations intended to inform and
instruct co-workers and higher-level management on the completed
analysis.
Key Achievement:
? Identified several key deficiencies with the
transportation/logistics program, which ultimately led to a
recommendation to not integrate the new system, saving the Navy
several millions of dollars and countless man hours.

the logistics plans for more then ten military units. By example set
the standard for transportation / Logistics, in the local military
community. Created and Briefed monthly presentations on proper
logistics and lessons learned, led presentations to an average of 40
individuals of lower and higher echelon management.
Key Achievements:
? Coordinated the movement of over 4,000 personnel and 500
commercial truck loads within the continental United
States.
? Coordinated the movement of over 10,000 personnel, and 5,000
short tons of cargo outside the continental United States.
? Conducted monthly embarkation / logistics inspections of
Marine units to ensure each unit was prepared to be deployed
within/outside the United States with a moments notice.
