claims from homeowners. Responsible for 1st and 2nd year warranty for over
4,500 homes spread across 10 major markets in 6 states. Processed over
4,000 warranty claims during the last year while netting a profit of over
$2M.

builders and utility contractors to ensure removal of building materials

potential conflicts on site plans; and initiating easement surveying
grades to avoid costly relocation expenses.
