national homebuilder in bankruptcy. Setup a website for obtaining warranty

claims from homeowners. Responsible for 1st and 2nd year warranty for over

4,500 homes spread across 10 major markets in 6 states. Processed over

4,000 warranty claims during the last year while netting a profit of over

$2M.

ELLIS DENNING DEVELOPMENT/PICCARD COMPANIES, Rockville, MD

2007 to 2009

Land Development Manager recruited to start a land division in a young,

fast growing development and construction company. Responsible for

obtaining entitlements for the company's many land assets and preparing
