Managed a major product launch for "Implanon" through extensive
generation of over 100 television placements, 50 print editorials
in leading women's magazines.

and directing all internal communication planning, script writing,
messaging, meetings set up with management and focus groups
Established a full service communication department for the United
States and provided an internet services meant for over 10 brand
sites and non branded sites that resulted a monthly hits generation

Directed Corporate Communications strategy within the United States

representing the US within the media. Established a communications
department to centralize communication and increase transparency to

Effectively exposed Organon and Akzo Nobel to the media in the US
through extensively working with Investor Relations teams and PR
agencies while coordinating/participating in the first ever NASQAQ
opening when AKZO became listed in 2003.

Directed media relations and public relations campaigns for all
major commercial products in the areas of Women's Healthcare,
Neuroscience and Fertility within a $3 Million budget. Oversaw
agency selection and daily planning such as account management,
content development, tactics and action plans. Reported directly to
the Vice President of Marketing and interacted and participated in
international team with the parent company in Holland.

advertising agency and managed fulfillment of the actual materials
to over 1200 representatives covering all three therapy areas.

Created a process strategy for approvals of advertising materials
meant for over 2000 individual items with 100% compliance within
the timeframe; ensuring Organon had a validated approval process
and archived promotional materials that enabled to be compliant
within FDA guidelines.
Ensured materials availability at the time of launch to various
sales representatives through effectively meeting all deadlines for
FDA DDMAC submissions.
