included the Group Vice President of Sales and the Senior National

Sales Director of Specialty Care Sales.

Key Accomplishments:

Creation of sales/corporate messages as well as responsible for the

distribution system to all field employees.

Responsible for all presentations, speeches for all national sales

meetings.

Provide communication support which included strategy development

for leadership of the field in Primary Care, Oncology and Virology.

Responsible for developing voicemails, emails, alignment messages,

product messages, and talking point documents, scripts, brochures

and year end videos.

Edit, and create communication plans for the compliance group -

2008 launch and developed communication program for new field force

Senior Director Communications and Media Relations

2004 - 2007

Oversees all internal and external communications and media

activities for the United States including the corporate intranet

and internet product websites. Directly provides support to the

Vice President of Business Services and President of Organon USA.

Acts as a liaison with global communications on strategy and

execution.

Key Accomplishments:

Managed a major product launch for "Implanon" through extensive

generation of over 100 television placements, 50 print editorials

in leading women's magazines.

Involved as part of task force handling field realignments; leading

and directing all internal communication planning, script writing,

messaging, meetings set up with management and focus groups

Established a full service communication department for the United

States and provided an internet services meant for over 10 brand

sites and non branded sites that resulted a monthly hits generation

by over 30,000 on average.

Director Communications and Media Relations

2003 - 2004

Directed Corporate Communications strategy within the United States

and worked for the corporate offices in The Netherlands

representing the US within the media. Established a communications

department to centralize communication and increase transparency to

our internal and to manage the media relations activities within

the US.

Key Accomplishments:

Effectively exposed Organon and Akzo Nobel to the media in the US

through extensively working with Investor Relations teams and PR

agencies while coordinating/participating in the first ever NASQAQ

opening when AKZO became listed in 2003.

Served a key role in completing a crisis management project of

closing manufacturing facility in West Organon through proficient

development of Communication and Media Strategies.

Launched Action Culture Change Program within Organon USA to

Director Public Relations (Marketing Based Position)

2000 - 2003

Directed media relations and public relations campaigns for all

major commercial products in the areas of Women's Healthcare,

Neuroscience and Fertility within a $3 Million budget. Oversaw

agency selection and daily planning such as account management,

content development, tactics and action plans. Reported directly to

the Vice President of Marketing and interacted and participated in

international team with the parent company in Holland.

Key Accomplishments:

Established Public Relations within Organon and created the team

that contributed many significant and value added events

Created value added patient education programs within Women's

Healthcare and Neuroscience that fostered valuable relationships

with advocacy and created patient awareness on various product

lines.

Successfully executed PR plan while working with media on issues

such as a voluntary product withdrawal in anesthesia.

Collaborated with Organon global communications in Women's

Healthcare and Neuroscience as a member of the global communication

task force; traveled to most eastern European countries about four

revenues of over $300 Million. Provided creative direction to the

advertising agency and managed fulfillment of the actual materials

to over 1200 representatives covering all three therapy areas.

Key Accomplishments:

Created a process strategy for approvals of advertising materials

meant for over 2000 individual items with 100% compliance within

the timeframe; ensuring Organon had a validated approval process

and archived promotional materials that enabled to be compliant

within FDA guidelines.

Ensured materials availability at the time of launch to various

sales representatives through effectively meeting all deadlines for

FDA DDMAC submissions.

Packaging Design Associate Manager

1993 - 1997

Managed projects which included preparing and approving all

packaging components for product submissions to the FDA and

launches. Managed the system for tracking all secondary and primary

packaging design and specifications. Assisted the Packaging
