Conduct covert surveillance in many states to identify perpetrators of
insurance fraud, operating undetected at times in areas that are less than
suitable for surveillance and documenting subjects' activities, adapting to
ever-changing situations, and making the best decisions as conditions
change. Have also performed online background investigations, taken
recorded statements to establish if a claim may be fraudulent, and provided
detailed reports and evidence to an insurance adjuster for review.

Developed and facilitated security programs for five Portland area stores,
overseeing security personnel and conducting internal investigations on an
as-needed basis. Included the installation and use of covert cameras,
