Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall care of all building infrastructure
and utility systems.
Develop and implement monthly, yearly and long range preventative
maintenance budgets and schedules.
Develop and implement short and long range capital improvement
budgets of facility buildings and the replacement of furniture, fixtures
and equipment.
Schedule all Federal, State and local facility inspections required to
include: fire, sprinkler, back-flow, grease pit, vent hood, health, boiler,
ADA, security system, electrical panels, pest control and plumbing.
Develop and implement all service contracts for HVAC, landscape,
janitorial, parking lot, filters, vent hood cleaning, plumbing, grease pit,
staff uniforms, kitchen equipment service and lighting.
Develop, bid and monitor all facility construction projects for
compliance.
Schedule staff work orders for in-house repairs and monitor completed
work orders for time, material and cost.
Develop and bid supplies with outside vender and evaluate services.
Develop and hold staff safety meetings. Review all on-site injuries for
for safety compliance. Report findings and comments to HR.
Develop staff performance evaluations and schedule reviews.

Oversee building and plant maintenance operations of 18 buildings.
Develop and schedule preventive maintenance with in-house trades
of carpentry, plumbing, roofing, locksmith, paint, flooring, HVAC,
and electrical scheduled through a work order system.
Develop yearly and long range capital improvement and replacement
of facilities and equipment.
Develop and bid facilities repair with outside contractors. Monitor
work through completion of project.
Inspect all buildings for Federal, State and Local codes.
Schedule all inspections for compliance and respond with written reports.
Develop and hold safety meetings with staff. Develop a yearly employee
evaluation and review with staff.
Maintain repair cost profiles of all eighteen buildings to include Food
Service building repairs and two Athletic Fields.
